A percentage of revenue is donated to Lesideng, a small community in South Africa about 3 hours north of Johannesburg, heavily impacted by AIDS. There are many orphaned children, either fending for themselves or being supported by siblings, with a huge number of families lacking the basic essentials for survival. Much of the beaded works are done by women in this community.

Lesideng Soup Kitchen is a not-for profit organization founded in 2005, registered in the US that provides critical support to this community, through nutrition, essential medical supplies, access to education and economic sustainability.
